Insomnia Treatment

Online or in-person, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Sleep, I will guide you through an intervention designed to help you overcome insomnia. Other modalities will be used as needed.
